Andrew hit me and has been a student in three courses in my high school teaching career. he was a student my web one web to animation courses. all throughout his high school career Andrew was a well spirited intellectually gifted student. Andrew was creative solved problems and completed his work on time with a high level of creativity.
What separated Andrew from all the other students in my class was is positive spirit and ability to be friends with anyone in the class.
Andrew was helpful and prove to be a valuable asset for assisting students with learning skills they were weaker and and also making them feel like they belonged.
I was lucky enough to continue to have a relationship with Andrew after he left Winchester high school. Andrew would stop in and we would share his experiences from college and also his perspective for the future. not only has Andrew grown but he has developed his vision for what he wants out of life.
Each time I meet with Andrew we have deep conversations about his plans for the future and his current experiences. Andrew possesses a maturity well beyond his years. he has honed a great emotional intelligence which allows him to make better decisions than your average college student. andrew is smart intelligent, dedicated and keeps himself grounded. in short he knows what he wants out of life.
I would recommend Andrew for any program he chose to set his mind to join. andrew is looking for experiences is already high level of maturity even further.
It is my experience in speaking with Andrew that he is interested in studying marine sciences. we have discussed this interest at lengthk.
I thoroughly believe that Andrew is committed to succeed in any program he commit himself to
. I have had a running relationship with this young man for the past 6 years. I have seen him adjust when 't necessary and also improve how he approaches situations.
I have seen him grow and also look forward to seeing him grow even further. he is conscientious and cares deeply about those he interacts with and looks to develop relationships that matter.
I think a lot can be said for describing technology as a language there are computer languages and code which help describe how things can be done but there is also describing fluency and how skills can be improved using ICT. when trying to find new ways to describe how technology learning can be infused it might be great to compare it to have a language can be learned immersion to the native environment and an application of the tools of the language in order to seed a result our society and culture is in the process of this adjustment we are all on a variety of levels in a variety of comfortability scales.
Since working another summer program(minuteman). I noticed a big difference in the kids whose parents walk in with them in the morning. Some parents just drop off and leave and some bring kids all the way in. I think this indicates a stronger relationship and dhows a concern for the childs emotional well being.
What gets measured gets done.
You always need to be upgrading yourself and continually.
Its easier to sit in your own skin when you are improving.
You always need to be working on your self concept.
today is a good day had things go my way.... I think sometimes when you talk to people to have them really believe what you're saying you have to really believe it yourself I think that is what makes the biggest difference in whether or not you influence them.
time to start thinking about how a variety of curriculum can use technology and embracing them with tools and resources in organized way this could mean a variety of different wavelengths sources all specified for specific curriculums and easy to adapt to lessons.
I have lost 10 pounds in the past month. I have started to think about what is made the biggest difference other than the change in diet I think a lot of it has to do with new shoes new clothes and a motivation to get things done.
the diet of course in a big improvement. I've been a lot more balanced e than I have in the past.
trying to keep my mind in the right place is well staying focused on the focus factors and what needs to get done. facing a lot of stress right now with possibility of changing jobs. but also experiencing a lift from completing my doctorate and more time to focus on other things.
every workout is like a cleanse last night I can kind of smell bad things coming out of me that i was surrounded by.
I think it is good to think about work outs of the cleansing process the sweat the thinking the meditation over and over again.
with time and single minded dedication many things can be done. when I completed my dissertation it was a process of working hard for a continuous number of years focused on something each month. I believe it is the same type of dedication when you want to complete a race or complete any other goal you have to set the goal first. you cannot complete a long term goal to you set it and dedicate yourself to completing it
last night I had a dream about being in the airport was confusion about my bags. I was in the gym having a good workout when I thought came across my mind it really is a matters moving past the circles that we put ourselves intos into our lives in order to grow. there's so many things we get stuck thinking about stuck on we can move past but when we get ourselves out of the circle thinking about them we grow. so if you're aware of having outlets to break past circle patterns.
some people never get them done a lot of them in the end up stuck at a certain age or a certain level of maturity or even certain successful level. it means taking risks to improve. and focusing on taking those rescan focusing on improvement in verse or a well-orchestrated plan.
I've been better with my diet after my break down of fried food ice cream 2 days ago.
those foods make me feel like crap and have no energy. the gym needs to be a very solid routine. I feel like I'm getting into a rhythm like I did back in 2006
. it's important to embrace the big picture with everything if you notice people as they get older things seem to fall into place if they've had their mind on their goal. it is important to consider the environment which everything happens how things grow what they're encouraged by and the things that are the biggest influences. being patient with what you want and it's the same time developing the skills that you need are key.
was not able to post yesterday was very reflective day and worked out the gym in Winchester. I ended up being on the spin bike for half an hour. I wrote the first 20 minutes at a medium pace and then good alternating 30 second bursts first for the last 10 minutes. doing one burst every minute. I ended up eating two pieces of pizza and actually having fried chicken in the same day. I am learning how to balance my calories even when eating food that's not necessarily good for me. I am still on the tech hippie trip... making peace with myself and my energy for the next year. looking forward to connecting with more people and also playing at more conferences and taking my time to be a part of bigger initiatives. I'm still realizing how burned out I am finishing up my doctorate degree. I am better at finishing projects now. I also think I will be better at collaborated with more long term projects and also pushing to get things done under time restraints. but ultimately I want more time to work with myself to feel more self a field for the work that I do.
