This week has been great for workhouts but makes it tough to maintain at the end of the week when you want to maintain consistency without letting up in intensity. So tonight as my workout approached I decided to try and get it done but have some semblance of intensity. So what I did was run 5 minutes at 6mph then 5min at 8mph then 5 min at 6 then another 5 at 8mph. Overall I ended up covering 2.32 miles in 20 minutes which is not bad for a slow night. I was able to gain some intensity even though it did not show up in the final averages.

5 minute spin 3 /30 second burst at 100 rpm
3/5 chest press on free motion machine 100lbs
3/6 full arm curls at 65lbs on tower
3/6 tricep press at 70lbs on tower
3/25 ab crunch at 25lbs
Todays diet was a little uneven during the day. I was so hungry even after I ate pasta and got home. Noticed in this process my really weak times are in the afternoon between 3pm and 5 and late at night after 9 or 10. These are the times in which I add calories to meals.
Trying to stay humble and low like the ocean with my intentions. As a Dr. Wayne audio recording says "there is a reason all the rivers lead to the ocean...because they sit low and hold the power.
