Went to the gym after eating some broccoli casserole. Was very sluggis probably should have taken the day off but felt like I over indulged so went for an easy workout.
Here are the stats:
2.19 mile run in 20:00 minutes on treadmill
3 sets 6 reps incline press @ 120lbs
3 sets 6 reps arm curls at 35lbs each on machine
3 sets 6 reps tricep press down @ 70 lbs
3 sets 20 reps bench crunches at 25 lbs
3/30 second bursts in 5 minute spin bike level 13
I have been using mapmy run very successfully it has been helping track my coloric intake and workouts.
I will recap the last couple weeks workouts for perspective on what I have been doing. Mostly during the week I have been trying to do 3 runs on the treadmill running as many miles as I can in 20 minutes to build up my cardiovascular strength. I have started doing som weights just twice a week or so. On the weekend I am trying to get in longer slow runs,bike rides or walks. I have noticed continued improvement with my cardio from the treadmill runs. I have been starting at 6.8mph for 3 minute warm ups then plus 3 mph evey 3 minutes to build up.
Weighed myself at 5pm and was at 242.
