Went out to the 99 and as always whenever you go out it never fails that you eat more calories than you expect. I had the tropical chicken salad.
Was able to get out for a 9.26 mile bike ride in about 56minutes 36 seconds mostly around my neighborhood.
Need to go out shopping to stock up on the good food!
