Saturday June 8 Slow Day

Tonight was a late night run. Jogged a real slow 4.5 miles in 1 hour 4 minutes and 40 seconds around the neighborhood. Took a 2 mile walk with Shache and Dylan.


Dr. Wayne....you need to "experience"  spiritual learning....as opposed to cognitive learning and developing opinions.  Big changes are like overloaded and you need will power. Things can be  overwhelming and take you in different places mentally. You have to do what makes you feel good.

Ate good today. Turkey burgers, chorizo chicken sausauge,egg sandwhich.
