Focus can make up for a lot of excuses I'm trying to get something accomplished.
Tight workout with a 20 minute run that went for 2.44 miles.
I've did the free motion bench press 5 sets of 6 at 100 pounds. I've did arm curls at 35 pounds each arm 3 sets of 5. I did tricep press is 3 sets of 6 at 70 pounds. I was on the spin bike for 5 minutes for 1 mile and did 3 30 second burst. I finished up with 3 sets of 25 crunches at 25 pounds.
The run felt good it was good. It was a nice focused run for just 20 minutes to pick up on my pace. I think yesterday was a big day at understanding what I've been going through lately, realizing that everything moves on and that you need to keep cleansing yourself. when you keep and maintain a value in yourself by being what you want to become you continually keep cleansing and renewing yourself
