Been counting calories with the mapmyrun app. Was a tough day with broccoli casserole for lunch. It was good but when I cam home the cravings just hit me. I broke down and had two spoons of peanut butter.
Had some carrots to offset everything and laid down for awhile. Went out for a bile ride and figured a new way to get some distance without hills in Haverhill. I go down to Haverhill stadium and loop around and back up to the bike shop. I was able to put in a quick 11.5 miles in a hour without going to far from home and stayed on flat terrain along the river.
I just entered all my data for the day and research info on the effects of sodium and the body. I have been pretty good in the past week with the sodium according to mapmyrun but today I ate something that really threw the number up. I think lowering my sodium intake will help alot of body issues.
Got an ok night of sleep last night. Went to bed around 12 and got up at 6:00. Still felt better than other days.
